River Walk
Peg and I walk most every day, outside if at all possible. With the temp. in the low 50s and a brisk wind, we almost didn't try it yesterday. But, as you can see from these pictures, we were glad we did! This is along the Tuscaloosa side of the Black Warrior River. The fresh air, sunshine and lingering fall colors made for a great walk!

Thanksgiving Dinner 2007
The family came to our house for Thanksgiving this year. Leta was sick and couldn't come and Jeff and April were in Destin with her family. We had a great day!

Happy Thanksgiving!
It's just after 8 am on Thanksgiving Day. Lunch is all but done - and as you can see, Peg has our 'best' ready for our Thanksgiving table. The family will be here about 11:30.
I was up early; in part to check the fresh ham and Boston Butt that was smoking outside, but also, to enjoy the quite morning - with coffee and smooth jazz. I am blessed and thankful...

Lori and Connor have been at Disney World the past few days with a group from TARGET. Courtney was at work so Liz Morgan spent today with us! We fed the cat, watered flowers and played in the yard and enjoyed the beautiful fall colors. Click the picture to see the album.
