The First Day of Winter
Today is the first day of winter. All the color and glory of Fall is now the blue-gray of winter. It looks much colder than it is; only low 50s but still, it's now winter. A slower, quite, still time for nature to rest, sleep, and replenish. Winter has it's own beauty.

Christmas Oatmeal
You can tell I have the Christmas spirit today - as I was fixing our breakfast (today is oatmeal day) and without noticing, I grabbed red and green bowls. Once on the kitchen table I saw a photo op. From our Christmas tree, I added the snowman - so, from our breakfast table to your: Merry Christmas!!!
