Spring Sledding Movie
This is the West Alabama version of snow sledding! All you need is a snow sled and a leaf or pine straw covered hill. We had both last month, while camping at Lake Lurleen State Park. The whole family gave it a try but Carson was the champ with over 50 runs! Just simple country fun.....

An Easter Eve Gathering
This was a first for us - our Easter family meal on a Saturday afternoon. We all met at Leta's, cooked out, boiled and grilled shrimp (thank you Court!) hide and hunted Easter eggs and enjoyed out time together!
Camping March 2008
Last week, during Spring Break, Peg and I camped with Carson and Jon Coleman (and Leta and Jonathan) at Lake Lurleen. Monday night, Connor, Liz Morgan, Lori and Courtney joined us for a cook-out. We had a great time riding bikes, camp cooking and 'sledding' down a BIG straw covered hill near our camp site. Here's some pictures!
